Poor service

In December, I bought boots that I didn't walk in the winter, walked for about a month, and had completely worn heels, and took them to April. warranty boots with the whole box. After a week's call, you can only offer repairs, even though the boots were bought only four months ago. After a week of calling from the store that the boots are ready and I can go behind, I left gave the boots without a box. although I gave the boots with the whole box, the seller started to say to me that my box hadn't been stolen, etc. The attitude was like he would be a customer, but I just wanted to return my box that I had given since I want to keep my boots on my heels. What is the solution to the question to the seller?brought summer shoe shoes where I literally tried to put on my long, suede boots, I said that such a box I do not need- thank you. Before that, all the shoes were bought in Denmark, but after this experience both about not being offered to exchange shoes for others and also after this experience that the box was lost + sold attitude, I will definitely not enter this store anymore, and these are definitely the last boots in Denmark.
