I am still awaiting repair of my AC unit. I submitted a claim on May 14th, 2020, contacted my service provider, and received a visit on the 18th of May. They took my deductible, were unable to do the fix (a basic one) at the time, and set an appointment for thursday, May 21st. They no-show no-called...

Within the 1 year of our home warranty contract, we made service/replacement requests on a dishwasher, a range/cook-top, and HVAC system. Our deductible for service calls in the contract is $50, but the warranty company charged $100 deductible for each issue. Only the dishwasher ticket was actually resolved via replacement cost, but after more than 3 months....
