Chrono24 cannot be trusted

Chrono24 cannot be trusted Ordered my watch with chrono24 paid using trusted payout. Anyway the watch was impounded by customs and CHRONO24 will not refund in full. What is trusted payout anyway. Surly chrono24 would have insurance against the watch not arriving. Surly the Seller would have insurance against the watch not arriving
