Does not deliver on time

On December 3, 2020 we ordered gutter VOLTERA dark brown (wenge) in the shop2424, located in SPICE HOME. The kind seller promised to deliver by January. Glad to get the bed so fast, we paid the full value of the bed. The end of December came and the promised call from the store was heard: "Wait, there will be in the evening". But in the evening they called and said that the car would arrive immediately, only if there was a "small" problem - the bed is white, shall we? Of course we refused to take a white bed, then the store representative said that we have to wait for the next car from Poland, it will be on January 15. Of course, on January 15 attack was a small problem-bed in Poland forgot to put in the car, wait another week. I called after a week-bed again was not brought. It took 60 days of the contract,I called to find out how we can return our money, the store representative replied in an unkind voice that wait until February 14, then it will definitely be. We didn't want to wait and went to the store and wrote a refund application.
