Would not accept return

I ordered a pair of jeans Nov 15. I planned to wear them Thanksgiving Day. I had already tried them on and thought they were fine. That morning I cut the tags off and came out for our Thanksgiving Day dressed. My daughter told me the ankle length was waaay too short…

I’ve been a long-time customer of Chico’s and have shopped at these stores at many locations. Very disappointed to know that you aren’t going to carry Petit tops anymore; sell pants with no tops?

Sad to know that you’ve lost me as a customer, as well as a lot of others my size in Scottsdale, AZ, at your Summit and Kierland locations.

COVID-19 Complaint

The manager in the Shreveport, LA store does not enforce mask wearing, even though there is a sign on the door upon entering. I had to tell some employees to wear their masks properly. COVID-19 is a deadly disease. Chico’s Shreveport mask up!

Takes over 5 weeks to get a refund on a return!

They take 6 weeks or more to process returns. Who in their right mind would ever order anything from them again? User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything that won’t absolutely fit!
