I placed an order on October 7, and today is October 23, and have not heard one word from Chics Looks. I have emailed twice and have had no response. They did however charge my Amex. I have written twice as regarding the order of my status of my order. there is no human to talk to. they have processed my payment and I have no way of checking status of my order. these people are unprofessional and horrible.
