Misleading Customers
I don't understand - what's the point of calling and saying it's possible to switch on the first of February? policy contract for 10% cheaper amount (for proper driving, no violations or accidents, etc.), if after more than a month the office can not send this new contract to the client. Stupidity! With such a "customer acquisition campaign", they managed to think that I was thinking of terminating the existing contract!
