Serving like in the last century!

About once a year, I order some things for personal use from Avon. Every year I promise that it will be the last time! This year I ordered the customer only because the nails did not return the money, but the amount of the hanging year virtually to them. Then the decision to order again so that there is no money left with them. Do everything you do. A couple of days before receiving the order, I get the message that the order has been suspended because it has not been paid for (I paid in advance after receiving the order). I'm calling in the guilt of guilt - it turns out they have put me on a prepayment because I have a bad credit history (which is NOT true) and NOT a notifier. The website does not say anything about it on my profile either.But that's not all - the service specialist says - transfer the money, send a payment order. Ok - please - where can I take the bill? Answer - There is no invoice - count on dullo - properties can be found on the website! :) First of all, something as serious - count without an invoice, Second - how much do I count? The prices of the catalog cannot be counted because there is a discount, something else has a discount, etc. What I answer - you read about! Imagine? I was in shock. In the end I will tell you the exact amount so tell me - it differs thoroughly by what the website calculates. I transferred the money (in addition to the existing one that hung on them), sent a payment confirmation to the e-mail you gave me and waited for my order... Of course I do not wait... Will show the e-mail don't get flies, money both have flies again and again "hung "my money virtually on my profile. I don't know anything, they don't say it. I have a long time not heard! I have a daily make up of emails - if after every email I call and ask if it's received... I should work at night too This... very indecent, incompetent, rude, calling and "non-human" service. I am very, very willing - it seems - a big, international company. For us, but the culture is nothing, the procedure is nothing and the Internet environment and order at the Stone Age level! Sorry for the mistakes - no time, but the anger is huge!
