Problem with faulty siding claim

We purchased a John Weiland home in 2009. We are having a problem getting settlement from Certainteed Fiber Cement Litigation so we may replace shrinking/cracking siding. Our original claim was in February of this year (which was rejected citing additional photos, etc were needed!).
