Disappointed Homeowner

We bought a home from Century Communities in October 2019. Since our move in date, we have discovered one problem after another. We have bricks falling off the side of our home, roof issues, our floors are uneven, baseboards pulling away from the walls, HVAC issues, electrical surges…. the list could go on and on. Yet, on... Stay far, far away from any home built by this company. Weve had nothing but issues since we moved in and their warranty department just wants to resolve the issues with the cheapest solution. They slap a bandaid over the problem hoping youll go away.

My issue is still unresolved. I ordered a 110.shop shower cabin. When we want to assemble it, it turns out that one of the packages has damaged parts - one plastic part breaks the control panel. Again, the answer is that the manager will contact you after the holiday. I do not understand whether this is normal for the company and whether the court needs a complaint to the CRPC to finally give me an answer, collect the package with the broken part as well as replace the broken part.
