Such people are not allowed to work in the police

My husband works at Melbourne East Secondary School at 13 Vilanu Street as a building attendant and he is allowed to take me / my daughter to let school premises on duty and what we are experiencing is simply a police officer to be honest shame. Today around 19:30 the man found that at the building next door (the school that will be next door) someone was burning something and at one time even white smoke wanted to go to the school side 110, who for a long time asked what had happened and whether in the situation don't need firefighters?! The man explained that there was a bonfire (between the wooden houses), but the smoke in the laundry on the school side, to which the dispatcher replied that they had a lot of calls of this kind, but would pass the information to the relevant station. If I see that somewhere, for example, at my house a neighbor decided what to burn and smoke he wanted inside my apartment / house and it will bother me - will it now count as the norm and the police will not respond?! 2. Do people in the rpp / police really have to work for people who have a hard time getting in (getting out of their car) and go and say that they should not be burned, especially between wooden houses and on the school grounds (the school is also considered a high-risk object)!? ... People dear I warmly suggest you think twice before calling rpp / police because they have a look like the norm to scoff because otherwise it can't be called!
