Does not want to pay money for additional vacation days
The management of Passenger Train will refuse to pay the money due to the person after law on the basis of a collective agreement. People who are getting rid of work in this company cannot do without the State Labor Inspectorate. This company has a "rotten" management style because it treats its employees incorrectly. The same amount is not paid in connection with a collective agreement, for example, for training apprentices (15% per apprentice), for replacing sick colleagues (35%) with pay, the hourly rates for the month from 2010 to June 2019 have been incorrectly determined, which means that overtime has been incorrectly calculated.
