This story will be nothing new - the German Dhl is handing over a small package to Itella. On the morning of January 27, I tracked the shipment number and concluded that the delivery should be today. As a result (since for obvious reasons I have indicated my work address) at 9:40 a colleague calls me that a courier has arrived. Of course, no arrival time was announced. I left the 5th Floor - the courier is already away. I really don't understand if that company only hires heavyheads? I managed to call customer service within 5 minutes, I complained. It was justified that they did not have a telephone number. How to? If I Dhl I have indicated this and so far both Dhl and ups have always learned to deliver shipments by contacting in advance? I ask, how do you envisage delivering items that cannot be put in the mailbox without informing the customer in advance? Of course, there is no answer. I will never voluntarily choose itella services, nor do I recommend it to you!
