To this day, the bookkeeping of the Melbourne House Manager's "Centrs" department cannot find my payment for the July (!) bill, but I can calculate the fine beautifully. Neither their accountant can be called at the times indicated on the website rca.org, nor can they be contacted by e-mail. Lucky today - some girl finally picked up the phone. I get to hear that without knowing anything in her, she can't help her, and yes, they really don't do anything here, in the end they dropped the phone. With all due respect to the heavy department center accounting work, I don't believe it takes three months to find a single payment. And don't even have to complain about this. Any station center employee I call calls to send a payment order again. It will soon meet a real pack of paper copies of my payment order... The coolest thing is that the main office of the manager of Melbourne House does not answer phone calls, and when you answer, you are welcome to call the accounting department of the district... Some vicious circle from the Soviet times... would be answered by a normal person who could find my payment in at least a week... Total despair...
