I got this chair for Christmas and the massage cable was spliced??

I don’t know who to contact, I don’t know if the massager works? How do I get the part replaced? I feel this was done during packing, and how do I get a replacement?

Wrong chair and no solution

My wife ordered a gaming chair on Amazon from Cavalier. It was a blue and black chair with the foot rest. When the box came in (a day early) the chair was white and black.
