We had front doors (2) installed on October, but the finishing project was incomplete; some materials left off and the finished trim job was poorly done-thus began multiple calls; their sending out men to finish the job, admitting it was I finished and poorly done…
The sales force couldn’t be more obnoxious. You cannot get them to leave your house for hours on end. High pressure. Wont take no for any answer. Customer Service for window repair doesn’t keep appointments and does not call to cancel. Bad experience. I should have gone with Andersen.
The communication between the call center and management isnt the greatest. To receive a call back takes days . Window as installed about 5 years ago and always seemed to have a major draft. Finally I get a installer on the 3 time to adjust the window to prevent the draft. Called to be compensated for 5...

Poor service, fraudsters.
I do not recommend this service to anyone. The money is stolen, a receipt is given for the parts that have been replaced, but a car technical inspection reveals that the same old, damaged parts are being replaced.
