The company (Car Shield) would not allow the repairs until they had an opportunity to examine the damaged parts. The dealership submitted pictures but Car Shield wanted them to leave the engine open until their “technician” could get back to re-examine the need for the repairs. DON”T DO IT !!!!!

Per Carshield agreement. Called Carshield, ok to take to dealer. Dealer found issue. Contacted Carshield. Dealer customer service rep advised they have part in stock. Cost $1300 for repair.
