Poor service, long order fulfillment time, awful customer service

2017. I placed an order in the middle of December. The sofa we choose to send to the office was not available on site in the store, so it had to be made to order with a maximum production time of 8 weeks. Please prepare an invoice, including delivery costs in the final amount. 6 weeks after placing and paying for the order, I called the store and communicated with the woman on behalf of lilita to make sure that everything was in order with the order and he would be ready in the next 2 weeks. Lilita promised to make sure of the situation and call back, as a result, of course, I had to look for her again the next day to find answers and find out that the product should be ready in the promised 8 weeks. 10 weeks after ordering,the sofa is still not delivered and I contact lilita again, or more precisely I called 3 more times, 3 days in a row, until lilita just chose not to answer my phone calls anymore, but picked up the phone when I called from another number. 3 months after placing the order, she contacted me and announced that the sofa was ready and in order to pick him up, I said that delivery was needed, lilita claimed that we did not have such a speech. Fortunately, we communicated by e-mail, where, of course, it is clear that the delivery was ordered. After all this time, the awful service and the deplorable attitude I received, lilita still threatens me that the courier will not deliver the sofa until I have received a 15 AU$‎ transfer for the service. I could not promise that the company's accounting would be able to pay this invoice by the agreed delivery date, so I saidto deliver the product to the specified address and do not tell me that the delivery was not sent. The last phone conversation with Lilita ended with her starting to yell at me asking where the problem was. While I was trying to explain to her where the problem was, lilita just dropped my handset. In short - I never recommend anyone to choose this furniture store! I can't judge the quality of the product itself yet, but the customer service is under any criticism. www. mebeles24.org is a public order / delivery agreement, which contains the obligations and rights of the seller / buyer, from experience I can say that this company does not fulfill any of the obligations of the seller and never with employees such as lilita, the reputation of this store and customer service will not improve.
