Poor service

I decided to print the pictures on paper, but my experience turned out to be completely unpleasant, because I was confronted with a very tactless attitude of the company's staff, until the company employee realized that I'm guilty of not being able to navigate their technical settings to adjust the pictures so that they are of high quality. Although I called the customer center and asked for help, to which I was told that it is no longer necessary to process professional pictures, everything will be fine. After the conversation, I uploaded the pictures, noted that no adjustments were needed, and indicated the size I would like to receive. It was a big surprise to me that I got circumcised pictures as a result, just as all the pictures had a strong bleached effect and other defects. Even more so in the company office I was informedthat I do not understand anything from the quality of the pictures, that the pictures are basically not high quality and the photographer is not a professional. Needless to say, my outrage was great at the time, because before coming to this company, I took the same pictures in parallel as a test in another photo printing salon. And to my surprise, the pictures were made perfect without any additional adjustments. All contours are visible, all colors are natural, all details in the picture are sharp. When I wanted to show these pictures, the employee told me that I might not even try, she was not interested. Seeing such an attitude, where football is only one goal, because the employee repeatedly emphasized that not believing in my call to customer service and the fact that they have provided poor quality advice, I already asked for a solution in a high tone. As a solution I was offered to make test pictures,which will be adjusted, but to assess the quality I have to come to the office again the next day. I refuse such an opportunity because I do not have the opportunity to run around Melbourne during working hours to see the pictures. In addition, in the initial order, I had chosen courier delivery, which I paid for myself. And since the company made poor quality pictures, I expected the company to provide test pictures. But nothing. Since I declined this option, the employee offered to scan and email the test pictures. But, most interestingly, during the whole conversation, the employee pointed out to me that I have a poorly adjusted computer monitor through which I uploaded pictures. Therefore, they are made in the appropriate quality. At the same time, I was offered to send test pictures electronically so that I could evaluate their quality on the same monitor. Some contradiction, isn't it? Seeing that the conversation was not going well and that I was getting angrier with each non-professional answer, I was offered to fill in an application for a refund. And it was only when the application was written with unnecessary torment, because the employee could not comment clearly on what should be written in this application (I was given a white sheet!) At the end he muttered that I would not achieve anything either, because the management rejects such complaints in principle. That 100% of my claim will be rejected if the pictures are submitted for examination, and how dare I talk to them at all. At this point, I put quality copies on another table in another company and insisted on comparing them. And here was another surprise. The second employee compared the pictures and told her colleague that it was not worth repeating the test, because it would not be possible to improve the quality of the first performance. And, instead of admitting his mistake in a restless voice retorted, the money will be returned. And let me go and take pictures where I like. It should be noted that the money was indeed returned, but still I do not recommend anyone to choose the services of this company. Because the hour I spent in their office and the nerves consumed will not be compensated by anyone. Poor service and unprofessional staff!
