Overcharge twice, they didn’t return my call as promised, they failed to provide the promised restitution.

I got a pop-up on my system for renewal. This brought me to a page showing I had a credit. I had been a customer of Mozy, who was bought by Carbonite. I spent many hours on the phone and computer just to cancel

I simply just wanted a refund that I never authorized and to cancel services that I did not think I had because I changed computers. I would actually give the company 0 (zero) stars. They are pathetic and can never be reached! User’s recommendation: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use Carbonite!!
