Account Balance Review

Capital credit union bought my bank Pioneer credit union they changed computer systems and $500 is missing from my account. No one answers phone they stated it would be resolved today it happened 3 days ago. Left messages no on even calls back. Emailed customer service. This computer conversion has been a disaster!
