Concerning my open sky credit card

My card account was closed on March 3, 2020. After Open Sky deducted 300.00 from my account for the secured card but my identity verification was not accepted. I am asking when will my 300.00 be refunded back to me. User’s recommendation: Never try for this card.

Don’t use capital bank

Yall a customer service sucks, I have a OpenSky account and cant make my payment over the phone. Worst credit card company ever, cant make the payment over the website either, cant change bank account information. Yall suck, I want to shut my card down and pay yall off and be done with capital bank
