When I mentioned that my previous letter - a banner I sent in mid-December - had not reached the addressee - the employee smiled lightly and said - it was you who sent the letter, to the question why he did not reach the addressee and how she remembers my letter - replied nothing. Even then, we had some disagreements, because the employee asked to open the already sealed letter, because she suspected that there was no paper product in the shipment - in the end the banner was accepted - but as I mentioned, the shipment did not reach the addressee and I did not receive the return address.
