Wasted money and time

I pay a commission of 35 dollars. But sent the same to a narcologist where you have to pay 20 dollars. Therefore, the local narcologist cannot verify any of the information herself. I was in the morning for analysis in a swan lab. (showed receipt, not looking) and could not even imagine how there would be problems. But he is a narcologist and everything is computerized. On-site analysis, if in doubt, is also not possible.
