No Fast Service

I have been with this company for coming up 1 year and the first few deliveries went relatively smooth, but only after I notified them each time that I had received a delivery. However, the last package I had sent to them has been sitting there for 2 full weeks. I have called but there is no... Read more➤

Croatia 2017 11. 07

It so happened that in the summer of 2017 we drove through the travel company "Ozolciems" on a trip to Croatia. What can I say - the nature in Croatia is phenomenal, and in principle I recommend everyone to leave this country, but that is the end of everything. The trip cost per person - 385 dollars - it includes a 4-bed apartment, a trip by bus with a WC, but it was not allowed to use it as always (so every 3 hours I had to get into all kinds of gas stations), the bus also had air conditioning and 2 small old TVs, breakfast, travel taxes and guide services. If you want a 2-bed apartment, you will have to pay an additional 103 dollars per person. When I arrived at the tour company, I did not like the fact that the agent of the tour company could not explain anything similarly in Australian at all, but it did not bother me, because I can also speak foreign language. For the price paid (we paid for a double room) we were promised a studio-type apartment, with kitchen, terrace or balcony, air conditioning, kitchen utensils and TV - SAT. There was a TV and kitchen equipment, as well as a rather large terrace, which is shared with the adjoining room. But they were not studio-type apartments, the room was still squeezed together, the kitchen was next to the bed, and there was no room for such a room, and our room had 2 beds (one large - double and the other small - single). Plus, it looked like this room was for a guide, because we lived in the same house with both drivers. The description of the tour mentionedthat on the second day we will stop in Ptu for a short photo break, but it did not happen because this program has been removed for several years. At first, the guide seemed quite a connected person, but when she arrived in Croatia, her attitude changed. We arrived in Croatia very late - around 23. 00. While waiting in line for their apartments, I heard that the two women who were traveling with us had taken 4-bed apartments - and they both put together 2 unfamiliar men - to the women's question - why is that happening? ”The guide almost screamed and replied: another pair, or how? I offer you to buy a double room beforehand. " The next day there was an excursion to Split and Trogir - which also did not match the description on the Internet, which was given to us - a local guide who told the history of both cities well and gave free time to see the city, but the description mentioned Split and Trogir. Castle tour - it turned out the guide simply told about the history, but if you want to visit the castle ruins and the National Gallery, then you have to pay for everything yourself. The price of the tour was 25 dollars. Since Split and Trogir are close to where we stayed - I don't really know what was included in that price. The second day was an excursion to Drubovnik and Auzter farm + oyster tasting. Along the way, we learned that oyster tasting has also been removed from the program. When we arrived in Dubrovnik, a local guide took us on a 40-minute tour (telling history, not where the tourists could go, so that these 3. 5 hours would not seem so boring.. After these two tours, we will not want to go on other excursions, as the price and the description does not definitively pledged. The penultimate day, however, we made concessions and went rafting. We left early in the morning - 7. 30, but the cafe staff where our breakfast was not warned, as a result we were left without breakfast. When we asked the guide - why did they - they answered that without knowing anything that she had warned, and in general only 2 people deserve breakfast instead of 8. Then the shouting started from both her and the clients. When it finally turned out that breakfast was for 8 people - the guide did not even apologize for shouting and moral abuse. The rafting was really fun - a good instructor and beautiful scenery, as well as we were photographed and it was possible to buy these pictures - 1 disc costs 20 dollars and two discs 22 dollars. There are 6 tourists in the boat - and if everyone puts them together on a disc, they don't get so expensive from the boat. It turned out that we were in the same boat with the guide's daughter and her two girlfriends - after rafting, we offered the girls to buy a disc together - but they refused to buy - because they didn't need it. In the end, we only bought 2 discs, but later it turned out that the daughter, along with her girlfriends, also took the second disc for 2 dollars. We went to find out at the guide - why the skin is unfair, because, however, the price must be divided on the eyes of the 5-guide, lying lying that she bought the disc for 20 dollars. Of course, we didn't believe that, because the girls knew full well that we had bought the disc,as well as the guide herself has been going to this rafting place for 10 years and everyone knows it there - I very much doubt that her friend Tony (disc seller) would collect another 20 dollars from her.
