Poor incompetent service
On June 9, 2020, I turned to Copy Pro to scan an image drawn on an a4 format page. Please scan in jpg format. I said that it is very important to me that the scale does not change when scanning. When I looked at the image I already saw it scanned as a pdf. The operator quickly saved this pdf file as a jpg, sent it to me by email... She said the scale would stay. I went home and, when I started processing the file, I concluded that the scanned image was 8mm big. So where was my request to scan at a scale of 1: 1? I am very disappointed with the professional knowledge and skills of Copy Pro printing / scanning equipment. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed in this office.
