Incompetence
Surprisingly terrible attitude from management. I am a person who travels to Parksville 60 + km every day. Changes to the lectures were made only when I had already spent the already missing money on the road, or had arrived in Parksville. Change sends in the middle of the day and you realize that you are wasting time and money. Kindergarten, not university. Damn changes could be inserted a day earlier, so that even in the evening it is known that it is not worth driving, but no, it is necessary to announce just before the lecture.
