Money paid and missing in action

We ordered LCD from Buy N Sell and paid USD20, 000 on 21 JAN 2011. Scheduled to deliver by the following Monday but we received their company owner RIP Notice and unable to deal till they back one week later. I am very dissatisfied with the Telstra service, so I want to share it with potential prospective customers. So then! A friend became a Telstra customer due to the campaign and thus the subscription fee for the year was 4. 99. My surprise was quite large, when after a while, without any prior notice, I received an invoice for 9. 99 (as a subscription fee)! To which an unkind operator answered me - the campaign ended! Lovely! The next episode - I went to the Telstra service center in Spice. I had decided to take an internet test for my computer. The service staff was at the 'height of the task' - not only chatted with each other about nice drinks, but also allowed to treat the customers rudely, because they allowed themselves to intervene in the discussion! And to my question- can I choose the color of the modem, looked at me as a last resort and cut- MODEM COLOR DOES NOT CHANGE THE INTERNET SPEED! Simply unique! Of course, Telstra listened to my outrage, but the reaction did not follow. After a week, it was necessary to visit the customer service center again. And the rude female is ahead again! With a little more polite behavior... After such 'pleasant' cooperation, I decided to change the operator. I called Telstra and asked me to send the final invoice by e-mail. Yes of course! A month and a half passed... And I get a letter from the credit reform that I owe Telstra about 5 lats! I transferred the money where it came from. And suddenly a letter comes to me from Telstra - I owe 10 lats. And I have to transfer information from Creditreform to Telstra myself... And I am not the only one in my circle of acquaintances who has had a negative experience with Telstra! Draw your own conclusions!
