Poor communication & replies

Was charged twice for a Scooby Bundle in May 23. &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; May 24 Returned the Scooby with all the necessary paper work May 29 Item number – 2 weeks ago No response Only that repeated email – No contact with me I have emailed them daily Contact my Visa company & contact Better Business Bureau
