No maintenance support

Saturday, 15 Sept.2018.lcalled The dealership,Brown AUTOMOTIVE in Del Rio,TX (opened ) and selling Autos. The service DEPT IS CLOSED. I told the person on phone,that my 2016 Silverado with 13900 +/- miles would not start. If could send someone, to check it out/ replace the battery. NO ONE to troubleshoot my Silverado

To day 15 sept.2018,called dealer Brown AUTOMOTIVE, del rio,tx my 2016 silverado would not start.Told to wait till Monday,didn’t have anybody, service center CLOSED. This keep up, might have to look at an RAM. 830.719.9591, Jose Fierro.
