Fraud and poor service staff.
I am in shock about the work of this company's staff. A woman called me at 12.58 today, I don't even remember her name. 1. Teju 20. Min. During a long conversation, she was unable to explain to me how to extend the contract to 30 days. I have to pay 84.00 dollars! 2. During the conversation, I did not understand what I now have to pay almost 900 dollars. I also did not understand (after talking to this woman) at what point I had signed a contract with this credit institution because she told me that I had signed the contract and has all been described. 3. The conversation was interrupted without even asking if I had a clear and understandable refund procedure, because when I asked the question I was disconnected.
