But what are their names? What do they look like? What is their real experience? The management? Anything? I don’t understand why they missed so important details?...

Poor service
I have seen an announcement by ss.com that the shop Other plumbing Gunara Astras 8 is selling a table for at least 10 USD! The woman answers the call. It turns out that the table has already been bought, although it seems to me that it is such an advertising trick designed to call people, and the seller could tell about other offers anywhere there is. When I first start asking about other options and prices, the answer was as follows - Well I don't know all the prices, go and see for yourself! Of course I had an answer with the question, why am I being answered in that tone, because I am the customer who calls and asks about the possibility to buy a product in your store! AFTER THESE ANSWERS, the tone has changed a bit and now a few prices will come to mind! I work in the service sector and I am as kind as possible to my clients, because I myself want to be treated as well. Given to the giver, it speaks :) Complaints are really rare, but this woman made me realize that my call to her is cumbersome and would rather her phone not be picked up! I realize they're probably being bombarded with calls right now, but then the question is, what are you doing there? Are you taking your time?
