27. In September, we bought a bed and a mattress in the Yysk store. We filled in the form that will be delivered on 02. 10. 2020. From 18:00 to 22:00 . At 22:12 a message was received from no. 20499501 that shipment 21875456 will be delivered on 02. 10. 10/2/2020 At 8:52 received a text message that the shipment will be delivered today, to clarify the info, call the courier 29611825. Starting from 17:30 the phone does not answer, called 10 times - does not answer! Item not delivered, no messages!
