Poor service
On Monday, my purchased item - the pamper was delivered to the courier. Usually the product is already present the second morning. This time I received an SMS that the item will be delivered on Tuesday, but another 15:00 from the courier no news. We live near Brisbane. The product is sent from Brisbane. 15:00 call to the courier - it will be in an hour and a half, not earlier than 18: 00-18: 30. Please, but then definitely at least you will be today? The courier starts rumoring something again about impassable roads in Medemciems, even though we have asphalt almost to the house. After 19:00, the courier no longer picks up the phone.
