Refueling

I had this incident with Neste. I came to recharge, I paid with a card. When you start refilling, the machine will show that you are refilling so and so liters, the amount is so and so. When I finished refueling, I took the check, I started the car, looking at the gasoline indicator did not move from where the gasoline was left so far. I think I have to wait a while, although the indicator will rise, but no, I drove 7 kilometers, the indicator also stays in place. And here's a miracle my gasoline indicator still works, after a few seconds it strikes upwards. So I did not refuel me with any petrol, only the money was withdrawn from the card for nothing!. I had come to the store at the Neste petrol station, asked what the case was, the girl gave me the number to call and said that it was often the case that drivers came to complain about it. Well then I called, said to call back the next day, left my number. But no, I didn't expect any calls. The caller again, again asked for all the same data, and again said to call back in the near future. Well, we'll wait... If not, I'll do an anti-ad and avoid refilling in the future.
