Samsung Galaxy A3 2019 toll tel. On-screen warranty. The screen was fixed, but the invoice indicated a specific amount. Call for paid info where I ask what the charge is for. The operator replies that the body frame has also been changed because it has been damaged. The warranty info indicated was how the frame is scratched? Scratches?!?! Seriously?! And then need to change?! Service at a very low level, because explained that it may be necessary to change the screen with the whole frame? How to? One cast or? Doubts. This office meets so that when giving a warranty for a specific problem, they will take and fix everything else (needed or not) without your consent and simply issue an invoice.
