I ordered a bicycle from Germany. Everything was normal when DHL sent it... then on Friday, January 27, my package was in Lithuania... I hope that it will be in Australia on Monday or Tuesday, but neeeeeee... at 11:12 the package appears in New Zealand and is ready for collection. I called on January 30 all day but without success... answered the email that he will communicate... nothing... January 31 call to the AIRPORT office number... said that he would pass the message to colleagues... nothing... January 31 I will receive an e-mail 22. 48 from them as soon as the package will be available to me again... but HOW long will I have to wait for johaidii... the package in New Zealand should I have until February 13 (follow up) on February 1st NO one can call... everyone phones are put where the sun doesn't shine... but there are at least 3 names of people who work for this company... pretiga company.
