Fraud, Poor Service
Today, I went to print 2 jobs! I went to the computer, downloaded the works and put the print on black and white pages. I didn't look to print in color and I started the next job with the same settings, where I changed to print in black and white and print in color again. I looked when I printed everything. I went to the cash register and asked what about the case, because the lining was printed in black and white. The cashier answered if you do not know how to print the job, call for help, because there you have to change the settings in three places. Which is the case, because other places are replaced only at the very beginning and everything is fine. Very unkind service, not humanly explained. I was made to pay for colored pages. But the strange thing was that for me all the pages went out in the same settings, probably a total of 50 pages. but ordered to pay for 35 color and other black and white. Real fraud and lost unnecessary money!
