Poor service procedures
Australian Pasts 84. As everyone knows, in order to do any necessary thing at Australian Pasts, it must be taken into account that it will not happen so quickly. It is already usual, but when your serial no. and it just doesn't show up on the monitor (LP upgrade), the attendant switches and is already next after me. According to the old system, if everyone had a turn, then they already know that you will be next. By introducing a sequence number after the required action, it is no longer as simple as 4 or even more options, each with different numbers. When I approach one of the service offices, I get the answer that "I don't know anything, now it's the person's turn, take out a new room". YOU ARE MOCKING ABOUT PEOPLE! The attendant could tell (what number) if it appearsthat the electronics are not working.
