The worse of transportation and telephone support. Three times in the past two weeks I was not picked up until I made a complaint.

Last night I was left in a closed clinic as I waited over one hour attempting to call Customer Service, 24/7 Nurseline, Ride Assist, and Reserve Transport. BlueCross BlueShield of New Mexico should tell its clients that after 5pm there is absolutely no service to anyone. The most terrible health care and terrible customer service and transportation....
