Poor service

NSW technical inspection is incorrect. Arriving in Bendigo for a technical inspection, Raimonds Vorps performed an inspection of my car in which, in his opinion, the engine oil level was not. At the request of a repeated oil level test, he tried to prove his right. I will write a complaint about them. And after all this, I wonder how adequately employees carry out technical inspections?
