not delivered on time, rough service

DPD has a really terrific level of service. 1. The customer specialist speaks as if she is paying me to choose iExpress services... 2. Couriers who come to collect parcels - it's just a separate story. Neodod god the package is not completely ready to send - I had a situation when I glued the box with a scotch, the courier saw that the shipment was not packed, turned and left. When I call the iExpress office in shock, I am told that I am to blame myself, because the shipment had to be ready... In theory, maybe they are right, but I would be happy to choose more flexible service providers in the future. The other cases were when I just listened to the nation about holding their receipts too slowly, the package is too heavy, why my office is in such a stupid place - hard to find, why I didn't pick up the handset for the first time, etc. 3. Parcel delivery. The last time I sent a package to Lithuania. Had to be the next day - because the shipment was to Sidnay. The package was not delivered the next day, nor is it called. We start to call ourselves - to inquire. LV office says - we don't know anything, call Lithuania. New Zealand said that the package will not be delivered, because it is sapakoka not in accordance with their requirements! Question - didn't they notice its discrepancies at the time of collection? It didn't deliver either - we went to get there ourselves... I WILL NEVER SEND ANYTHING TO THIS CACTOR BEFORE... but definitely they don't care anymore. It's a shame and another proof that people in our country can't work!
