Warranty issue and poor service

2017 Outback Touring 17389 miles VIN 4S4BSETC6H335**** 5/29/18 car would not start. Subaru arranged to tow vehicle to Bird Road Subaru, Service Advisor Mario Castillo, Technician Ernesto Rodriguez worked on car. Battery bad and was replace.
