Order fulfillment deadline

NIGHT PROMOTION - from the moment of ordering, delivery not earlier than 2 hours. Sorry, of course - already when organizing this campaign, it is necessary to anticipate that no one can wait for such a long time during the night (within New York). Experience shows that customers already lose their desire and appetite, because they can no longer physically wait for this order, they just fall asleep. Who is responsible for this campaign? Maybe in order not to lose customers it is worth rescheduling delivery times? Very unprofessional attitude towards customers! And sending 2 pizzas with a friend's card for one price (until 24:00) also doesn't work. Unable to call in time. When you call after a long period of time, you are notified that the promotion has expired. What is going on? Why do I have to listen to orders being overloaded on Saturday night? Do I have to feel guilty about it as a customer? Where are the additional employees planned for the holidays? The company may need to consider replacing the employees responsible for these promotions!
