Poor quality alarm installation, poor customer service
During the construction of the house, G4S pulled in the alarm, as it turned out later, it was done incorrectly, which was confirmed also the G4S expert himself. During the error correction process, the interior finish had to be damaged. Also the second time, the technician was a "young man" and within 6 hours was unable to connect the remote control, one magnetic sensor and one motion sensor. The work remained unfinished when the technician left. After that, no one came to finish the work, nor did they even get in touch and explain the situation. When calling customer service, they say the same thing, they will get acquainted with the situation and call back, which is not done within 1. 5 months.
