Poor service, charging, but no specific answer. Just guessing

Before Christmas, we took the cat to Tacoma Veterinary Outpatient Clinic (OVA), where we sought help because the cat suddenly started dropping on the ground and behaved atypically. Since we are a young family with two young children, finances are important to us - we asked how much it would cost to visit. They replied that by 30 e, but when the cats were brought back from the office, the husband was asked to 79, which of course shocked him. He said that he had not reckoned with such an amount, but the doctor reassured them that they would also be able to pay by card. So we gritted our teeth and paid. The next day, the animal had to be taken to the inspection again, for which it was said that it would cost up to 10e, but, of course, again, unplanned work had to be performed again, costing 29.60e. only once they took 9.50, but the other visits - 39.90e or 29.60e - I fell in despair and told my husband that I could not afford more, and then the time came when the doctor said that it was definitely necessary to do tests that mask 30e and the results will be known only after a week-they will call and announce the results, because only then will we find out what medicine the cat can be given to cure. Two weeks had passed, but we did not receive an answer. When the husband left the ambulance and asked for the results, the doctor replied that they never copied this inf. We asked questions about the cat's health, but we did not receive any answers, because the analyzes are very good, but the examination still needs to be brought. So, without receiving the answers to the question, we asked you to write down the results of the analyzes by hand, with which we will go to another veterinarian, because I will not return to this office! Needless to say, it was in this institution that our cat was neutered six months ago, after which all the problems started! Shame!
