Poor service

I arrived on 09. 10. 2016 at about 20. 40 on Lage Shopping Mall Spice. There were two girls working there, one was busy with clients, but the other was counting something at the entrance and didn't pay attention to me at all. Couldn't help and even get stuck. They also saw how those customers were carrying her dirty dishes themselves. Then comes she has nothing to do?! The girl had long hair, I didn't see the word. I will never come to you again with such service!
