Very poor service
Customer building materials using the k-senukai online store. I only order materials that are currently "Available". For the delivery I pay 25USD. After a couple of days I get someone wise from their info line and say that ordered osb boards are not available, I tell them that the website showed that everything is available, paid off that is not, however. Then I say to them that well, then find an alternative, I don't really worry if another option will be more expensive and the material will have a slightly different size. This "Specialist" immediately informs me that, unfortunately, it cannot be done during the conversation, that will deliver only what is available. I of course start laughing at these requests, so what do I do? Specialist - order through an online store, there will be what is available and what is not. I - but I had already ordered through the online store: D and now you say that everything is in order. Specialist -... (silent). I - so I will now have to pay 25 USD with kopecks for the delivery of the materials without the plates, which I have to collect separately in your online store again and will have to pay 25 USD again. for delivery? Specialist - YES! I cancel all orders. If someone from your representatives reads this, do not try to justify it, it is not the first time and the same thing happens with the 1a.com online store under your supervision. What a nightmare!
