This loan servicing center has zero transparency. Keep a detailed record of your mortgage payments. I made an extra principal payment online along with my monthly mortgage payment. Hello! I became a customer of Bite America thanks to the advertisement that the phone will be freely concluded for a certain period of time. So I did, of course the phone broke even before the expiration date in Bite Europe they didn't have to change because you see he was scratched, either way. I call several times to switch me and use another service because I no longer use this number, just to have a small connection so that I don't have to pay for my contract obligations over the phone. Then there was a silence from them, no bill at all, after 3 months comes I bill after three months either bite15 connection was, it is 15X3, but this number I do not use either already in those three months, of course, the contractual penalty has already been paid in the amount of 45 lats.It was just an invoice and after 15 days I already received a letter from Creditreform, a repeated warning and I would take it to court immediately, although I had not received any warnings from B, not from credit reform. I called Creditreform and asked where the previous warning was, they replied to me that they had no problem with delivering the letters. Of course, another 50 USD was added to my bee's contractual penalties for debt collection. Well a general nightmare.
