Terrible customer service! Terrible workmanship!

We had a bathroom renovation done. It was supposed to take about two weeks. Today begins week 12 and we still have outstanding issues. Drywall seams are not finished. We’re in week 8 of what was supposed to be a 2-week bathroom remodel. Tile work still not completed. Tile work is substandard, with at least one tile falling off the wall.
